This is not an onsite maintenance technician position.
We are an apartment builder completing a new build in Columbia. The responsibility of this team is as follows but not limited to:
Hauling appliances to the units up to 3 floors. We have motorized dollies as well as manpower.
Hauling the finish supplies to the units.
Installing the fridges and ranges.
Installing the laundry units.
Installing Locks and handles.
Completing the punch out of the entire build process like adjusting door/drawers in kitchen, paint issues, drywall issues, flooring issues, countertop issues, plumbing issues, electrical issues and anything it would take to make the apartments 100% move in ready.
There is alot more this team does but easier to discuss it in a phone interview.
Monday thru Friday 8 to 5 and $20 an hour. Company pays health care.
