American Made Windows is seeking dedicated and reliable independent subcontractor crews to handle replacement window and door installations for our residential customers. We are a family-owned company with over 40 years in business and a strong reputation for quality. If you are skilled craftsman with your own crew, we have consistent, high-paying work for you.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and efficient installation of replacement windows and exterior doors for customers.
- Review work orders and ensure all project specifications and material are correct
- Maintain a high level of quality control and ensure a clean, professional finish.
- Interact with customers in a professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Perform basic administrative duties, including tracking time and materials for each project.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead installer or crew leader.
- Possession of all necessary tools and reliable transportation for materials and crew.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory code requirements and safety procedures.
- A history and passion for high quality workmanship
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check for your crew,
