InTown Suites is looking for experienced general contractors\carpenters to perform make ready work at our 3 Columbia, SC locations. Must have a experience in Drywall installation/Repair, Carpet\Flooring installation, Bathtub Installation and subfloor repairs. If you are proficient in one of the above feel free to contact me as well . We are looking for a flat labor cost for each of the above, we understand some jobs will be larger and me deem increased labor charges. As we are a corporation we do require that you are an actual business and have $1 million Excess/Umbrella insurance coverage. We are looking to start work immediately and currently have multiple jobs at each of these properties so please do not respond back if you are not able to handle a heavy work load
