What You’ll Do
Lead carpentry projects from framing to fine finish work.
Oversee site prep, demolition, excavation, framing, trim, cabinetry, windows & doors, decks, roofing, and more.
Direct your crew, answer day-to-day questions, and escalate bigger challenges when needed.
Keep the site clean, safe, and organized.
Communicate clearly with management, subcontractors, and clients.
Help shape great projects—and great customer experiences.
Requirements
5+ years of construction experience
Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving ability
Excellent communication skills
Own and maintain quality tools
Reliable truck or van + valid driver’s license
Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Comfortable working in all weather conditions
Willingness to relocate (relocation assistance available)

Starting Pay: $72,000+ per year (based on experience)
