and adaptable to the different personalities and homes you will be servicing
is key to having happy long lasting clients. Knowing how to clean quickly and effectively
is equally important as being able to connect with a client.

The right applicant will be a thoughtful, pleasant, and eager to work.
Requirements:
- 2 years minimum experience
- Presentable and Reliable transportation that you will be use to drive to each job.
- Professional appearance, including, well maintained equipment
- All necessary TOOLS and EQUIPMENT required to complete a professional clean on most homes.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- 1099 contractors must have proof of insurance prior to arriving at their first client. (not required for interview)
- 1099 contractors will be paid by end of day after their first completed job. After the first job, payments will resume on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- W2 employees will be provided with all necessary uniforms, rags, chemicals, and consumables
- W2 employees will be paid bi-weekly.
- W2 job volume will initially be part-time with possibility for full time.
