We are looking for a self-employed general handyman to provide repair work on tenant occupied, geographically dispersed rental properties.

You must be able to:
Diagnose and troubleshoot reported residential maintenance issues.
Perform repairs and respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records and photos of all work performed and parts used.
Communicate effectively verbally, and in writing, using a phone, laptop, and with our team members.
Work both independently and as part of a team. We provide most of the "back office" functions allowing you to focus on the actual work you love and area great at.
Do you have experience in the following fields?
Drywall / Painting
Carpentry
Doors / Windows / Garage Doors
Electrical
Gutters
HVAC
Landscaping
Plumbing
Roofing

What we are looking for: at least 2 years of experience in your skillset(s), Certificate of General Liability Insurance, Worker’s Comp (or a Workers’ Comp Waiver if you have no employees), your own transportation (must have proof of Auto Insurance in your name), willing and able to use technology tools (smartphone for job notes & photos), and you must be able to pass a background check.
And last but not least.you must also be able to fund your jobs each week til pay day.
