I have two shipping containers full of gas packs and heat pumps and every possible HVACR part as well as plumbing and electrical supplies. I simply need a qualifying partner to be legit and abide by regulations. I have a ton of customers.
I ran the last two companies that I worked with and did all the managerial and all the labor while they retired and had cash flow from me. They passed away. I can handle all the licensing paperwork and expenses I simply seek qualifying principals for each trade with LLR.
I earn a living with ten residential rentals but make more doing HVACR. I have a E350 cutaway with panel body and white Nissan Versa and carry a full HVACR service set up. I have about ten packaged systems brand new paid for and 700 pounds r22 and 300 pounds 410a some 404b and 134a as well. I have two 40 foot high cubes containers full duct work, capacitors, rescue fans, relays, boards just about everything a supply house has available 24/7.
I have perfect credit, no criminal background, and two million net worth in real estate. My Father is retired FBI and I worked in US Senate, but I do not qualify in SC to own my own company as I have not worked W2 in the last 5 years. I have ten rental units for income but due to horrible renters I seek to return focused on contracting.

I have the cash to start a new business and can handle all the basics myself. I have the customers and everything else. You must be qualified to obtain the needed license for your trade. You would be a partner in an LLC to shield you from any liability.
