Superintendent with construction management EXPERIENCE.
The Superintendent will oversee construction of multiple projects in the field, including self-performing some scopes of work and ensuring the successful completion on time is critical while meeting quality standards and requirements. This includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities.
Must be able communicate with clients and subcontractors in a professional and skillful manner, execute punch lists on jobs, schedule and supervise completion of a final punch list, maintain an organized job site, including construction office, and read plans.
Must have Valid drivers license and dependable, insured transportation.
We offer a salary that is negotiable based on experience.
