Description We are offering a contract to permanent opportunity for a Property Administrator in the non-profit industry, based in Florence, Massachusetts. This role involves providing high-quality administrative support for residential, commercial, and community association properties. The position is integral to the smooth running of our operations, and the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including handling tenant applications, leases, contracts, and engaging with prospective tenants. Responsibilities: Support property managers in administrative tasks for various types of properties Collect monthly fees and rent from tenants Ensure compliance with insurance requirements Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial documents, and other reports Handle tenant applications, leases, and contracts effectively and professionally Engage with prospective tenants to review leases, terms of occupancy, and property ownership Organize property maintenance and landscaping repairs Utilize Spanish language skills for translation and administrative assistance when required Operate a multi-line phone system and handle inbound calls professionally Use Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, to handle work orders and manage rental properties. Requirements Must possess at least 1 year of experience in property administration or a related field Proficiency in Spanish language and Spanish translation is required Solid administrative assistance skills, including receptionist duties Experience with answering multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook Demonstrated ability to manage work orders efficiently Prior experience with rental properties is preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
