Work Days: Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM
Successful completion of 4-6 week training period without absences is required
What’s a typical day as a Customer Support RepresentativeYou will be responsible for working in a call center to assist members by responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate and objective manner
Conducting research
You will spend approximately 90% of the scheduled time on the phone according to business need.
This job might be an outstanding fit for you if you have:High School Diploma or GED
1 year of call center experience or 3 years of customer service experience
Data entry and/or typing experience
Social, verbal, and written communication skills
Analytical and organizational skills
Ability to spend approximately 90% of the scheduled time on the phone
Preferred Job Requirements:1-2 years of experience in a customer service/call center environment
