This position can be Hybrid.Requirements:Experience working for Indiana DOT and/or Ohio DOTExperienced in AutoCad and Bentley projects requiredProficiency in OpenRoads Designer (ORD) a plusCan perform calculations for structural geometry, reinforcing bars layout, and quantitiesCapable of working with Junior Engineers and directing additional CADD StaffNBIS Inspection experience a plusGeneral CharacteristicsInterprets, organizes, executes, and coordinates assignments; serves as a Task Manager for small to midsize projects; serves as the technical specialist in the field of expertise; up to speed on industry standards and Company policies and procedures. Minimum Years of Experience16+ Years of Experience EducationAssociate Degree from an accredited Technical School or equivalent experience.Certification/LicensureDriver's License Technical ResponsibilitiesLead and manage tasks to successful completion for time, budget, schedule, and quality. Project and Task ManagementResponsible for task management and adherence to deadlines and scope. Management ResponsibilityProvides advisement on scopes, budgets, and schedules for work to be completed; works with other project leadership to complete their assigned tasks; maintains GAI's procedures and protocols. Responsible for management and administration of staff. Communication SkillsRoutinely interacts with clients, leads project and group meetings and presentations; possess marketing and sales skills; represents Company in a positive light; interacts with Project Managers and leaders of the Company on a regular basis; attends meetings with company leaders on Group/Department status including financials reviews.
