RCM Healthcare Services is currently staffing Registered Behavior Technicians for in-home or via telehealth to provide Pre-ETS (vocational) services to students ages 13-21 on the Autism Spectrum in the State of South Carolina. Registered Behavior Technicians assist students in a one-to-one relationship, to meet the goals expressed in the student's treatment plan, under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.

Role Responsibilities:
-Provide 1:1 care directly with Clients during scheduled sessions under the supervision of a Board- Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
-Implement established behavioral treatment plans based on the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA) across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.
-Ensure that 100% of the scheduled direct services are provided without any scheduling interruptions.
-Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes.
-Collect data related to Client’s progress during treatment sessions.
-Incorporate activities and games that are developmentally appropriate and engaging for the client in alignment with the treatment plan.
-Promote Client engagement to build their strengths in a natural and enjoyable manner.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 6 months or of relevant experience working with individuals; may include internships, volunteer work, or employment in related fields such as education or childcare.
-High School Diploma or GED (minimum)
-Registerted Behavior Technician Certification
-Reliable Transportation
-Successfully complete Live Scan background check, employment verification and TB screening
-Be able to lift up to 30lbs. While assisting consumers
-Must be able to run, bend, sit, stand for long periods at a time
