KITCHEN MANAGER
Lead back-of-house operations with clarity and calm. This is a hands-on role focused on systems, scheduling, and team leadership—not a culinary director gig.
You’ll:
Oversee kitchen prep and daily production
Manage inventory, vendors, and ordering
Build prep schedules and monitor waste
Train and support a small, capable kitchen team
We’re Looking For:
Strong cooking and/or kitchen management experience
Reliability, organization, and respect for systems
Clear communication and a team-first mindset
People who care about real food and doing things right
Pay & Benefits:
$40,000/year salary
