Looking for a property manager to oversee two mobile home communities in Marion County, SC. Such services shall include, without limitation, day to day operations of a mobile home community, work with and communicate with corporate property manager for effective community management, answering incoming calls and field requests, enforce community rules and serve notices as required, manage delinquencies including file for evictions, supervise all vendors, coordinate and assist with maintenance requests, review and supervise vendors for job completion, attract new residents and retain current residents to increase occupancy in property. This is a contract position.
