My name is Joshua Jackson, and I am an Independent Recruiting Agent for a National Above Ground Pool Manufacturer.
I am looking for experienced sales representatives to sell above-ground pools. You will receive 2 to 3 appointments daily within a 2-hour radius. Hours on call are 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. The maximum number of appointments you may receive in a day is 4, although this is uncommon, but may be required. You are required to accept all set appointments. Each appointment is a 90-minute presentation to a credit-approved lead looking to purchase an above-ground pool. The average close rate is between 40 to 50% of sales.
Receiving 12 leads in a week and closing 40% of them with an average commission of $600 to $800 per sale means you could be making $2,500 per week on the low end and $3,500+ per week on the high end. You will also be paid a daily per diem of $25.00 per 90-minute presentation given, regardless of the sale outcome. That's $300.00 per week in per diem to cover your gas, etc. Sounds too good to be true, right? Well, it isn't. You can make this money and make it fast, but it isn't easy work. This is a full-time job, and I am looking for people who are dedicated and willing to work.
We will send you to a 2 1/2 day training class, and if you live 50 miles or more away, we will pay for your hotel stay and daily breakfast. You will be responsible for gas to get to the training location in Raleigh and back home. You may also be assigned an appointment upon completion of the class and be required to complete it on the way home if so.
We also offer an end-of-season bonus, which I will discuss during the interview. HUGE!
