What You’ll Do:
Install and replace residential windows and doors with skill and precision
Measure, prep, and seal openings to ensure a clean, weather-tight finish
Maintain an organized, safe, and professional job site
Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members
Deliver top-quality work that meets Rock Solid standards — every time
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience installing residential windows and doors
Strong understanding of construction practices, tools, and materials
Professional appearance, dependable attitude, and strong work ethic
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in all weather conditions
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Pride in workmanship and commitment to quality craftsmanship
