The team member will partner with SDLC teams to drive and deliver technology solutions for our clients. The team member will work on small-large scale projects and may have impacts across several lines of businesses.This role will report to a BSC Manager. Success in this role will be driven by the candidate’s ability to:
Act as a liaison between client and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet aggressive deadlines amid shifting priorities
Be able to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements
Able to work with user groups to provide training, resolve, questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes
May develop systems test plan components and test scripts
May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies
May provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff
Use MS Office applications, Visio, Live Meeting, and SharePoint

5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
Desired Qualifications:
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of project life cycle development and implementation
Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: used in waterfall or Agile development projects
Ability to coordinate, lead and facilitate group meetings
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge and understanding of business requirements gathering and translation to technical requirements-
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
Change management experience
