We have a new, premier opportunity for a Desktop Support Technician.

Scope of Activity:

• Queue management, inventory management, mobile phone device support, mailing and shipping management, imaging, and dell laptop deployment
• Responsible for interacting and servicing our clients with any technical problem they are experiencing
• Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues on network infrastructure and internal desktop systems
• Customize all communication, instructions, and product knowledge to the level of the individual
• Determine the most cost-effective repair to minimize customer downtime
• Supporting our customers and proactively identifying their needs

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years hands on break / fix experience
• A+ and Dell certifications required
• Excellent time management skills and able to perform downtime duties
• Strong customer service experience
• Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products
• Enthusiastic about technology and willing to learn and stay on the cutting edge
• Relatable and responsible when interacting with customers
• Able to give a consultative approach to solving issues
• Can transform technical IT solutions lingo into terms everyone understands
• Impeccable follow-through to customer satisfaction
• Not intimidated by new or complex problems
