Facility Maintenance Technician Needed! (Weekly Pay)1st shift 8a-4pm (M-F)$20-26hrDescription:
Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts.
Conduct concrete repairs both interior and exterior
Wide variety of mechanical repairs
Perform PM's on a variety of equipment
Assist operations team in maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
Perform minor plumbing repairs.
Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials, as requested
Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts; report on as-found conditions.
Maintain good housekeeping and safety of work areas.
Recognize danger and safety hazards; propose methods to eliminate them.
Perform Other task as needed
