We are looking for an experienced educator who has worked with infants or toddlers to join our team. This role directly assists children in their development of independence, preparing the classroom and curriculum activities as needed, establishing positive relationships with children and parents, and maintaining the safety and well-being of the children.
An ideal candidate:
Must like working with children.
Candidate needs to have a VERY strong "team player" attitude, and must be able to work well with the co-teacher to plan interesting activities for the students while balancing clear and consistent rules and procedures for the students.
The applicant must be flexile, take initiative with work, and be highly organized.
Must be able to remain professional, mature, and polite when interacting with parents, students, and co-workers.
Must have prior childcare experience in a licensed childcare facility or be a fast and friendly learner.
Some experience with technology is required.
