Handle administrative tasks for the AP/Finance Department
Fulfill full-cycle A/P
-Resolve any and all invoice discrepancies-Ensure vendors are responded to timely and professionally
Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies
Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents
Open, sort, and distribute daily department mail
-Assist with check-run-Weekly AP reporting-Other tasks as assignedThis position is full-time hours Monday - Friday, onsite (some flexibility to work from home if needed)Pay: DOERequirements - Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Enter Vendor Invoices experience
Resolve Discrepancies experience
Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Foundational knowledge in Enter Vendor Invoices
Adeptness in data entry
Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
Demonstrated communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds
1+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred
AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
