Description We are on the lookout for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Service industry, based in Greenville, South Carolina. This role presents a contract to hire employment opportunity in a bustling workplace. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including data entry, handling phone calls, and checking emails. Additionally, the role requires proficiency in Microsoft Suite and the ability to maintain accurate records.Responsibilities: Efficiently executing data entry tasks and maintaining organized records. Answering incoming phone calls and addressing customer inquiries. Ensuring the accurate entry of house plans into our system. Proficient use of Microsoft Suite for various administrative tasks. Regularly checking emails and responding in a timely and professional manner. Navigating builder portals to verify the correctness of the information entered. Assisting in the operations of satellite offices as required. Contributing to the team's growth by effectively handling administrative tasks. Requirements Demonstrated experience in an administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
