Description We are in search of a diligent AR Coordinator to be stationed in Greenville, South Carolina. This individual will be pivotal in our Accounts Receivable team, working on tasks such as cash applications and the transitioning of acquired entities. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity, with the potential for significant impact in our organization. Responsibilities: Taking part in meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Visual system. Documenting processes and procedures, thus ensuring accurate records are maintained. Identifying and suggesting potential improvements for processes and procedures. Managing related files in relevant software applications proficiently. Collaborating with the AR Services Manager and Supervisor to meet established deadlines. Promptly alerting the team of any discovered issues and proposing potential solutions. Maintaining a strong background in Cash Application and familiarity with banking lockbox operations. Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills to work across all organizational levels, departments, and groups. Exhibiting proactive problem-solving and analytical skills. Detailing end-to-end processes, ensuring a high level of organization and the ability to manage high volume tasks. Requirements Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) Experience with Cash Applications and Lock Box operations Demonstrated knowledge in end-to-end banking operations Familiarity with software application related to AR coordination Proficient in implementing procedures and systems within AR Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration Experience in entity formation processes Ability to work effectively in a team and individually Strong skills in problem-solving and decision making Proactive in identifying and addressing issues in Accounts Receivable operations Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Knowledge of banking regulations and standards Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other related software Ability to adapt to new software and technology related to AR operations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proven track record of improving AR processes and procedures.
