Job Title: Associate Manager, Integration / Test Engineering Job Code: 13070 Job Location: Greenville, Texas – (Responsibilities must be performed on-site.) Job Schedule: 4/10 Work Schedule – (Monday thru Thursday) Job Description: Managing an antenna range testing facility and a communications vault, while overseeing a team of eight employees, involves a mix of technical, administrative, and leadership skills. The ability to manage and coordinate a team effectively, planning and scheduling multiple projects, time management skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Essential Functions:

Understanding customer requirements developing the bid to ensure competitive pricing and meeting all standards.

Understanding of antenna theory, knowledge of antenna design and testing.

RF principles strong understanding including frequency bands, modulation techniques, and signal propagation.

Experience diagnosing and resolving issues with RF equipment and systems.

Experience using GFE communications equipment and cryptographic equipment.

Must be able to work a flexible work schedule. Nights and weekends will be required to meet aircraft delivery schedule.

Must be able to travel approximately 5%.

Job Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Requires management and leadership knowledge in job area.

Must possess aircraft systems integration and testing experience.

Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret (SCI) security clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
