Description We are in the process of recruiting an Eligibility Verification Specialist to take part in our operations within the healthcare and social assistance industry. This role will be based in Greenville, South Carolina, and will entail a variety of duties, including processing Medicaid applications, conducting research, and ensuring data accuracy. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Handle the eligibility verification process for Medicaid applications Conduct research to ensure the accuracy of data and information Maintain and update customer records to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Utilize different states' Medicaid portals for verification purposes Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy Use various software tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Allscripts, Care Compass, and Cerner Technologies for day-to-day tasks Manage clinical trial operations and claim administration.
