Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant based in Greenville, North Carolina. This role is integral to our operations within the financial services industry. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating conference calls, and maintaining accurate records. Your expertise in ADP - Financial Services, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, Kronos Timekeeping System, and About Time will be highly valued.Responsibilities: Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and making changes to appointments. Coordinate with different departments and external partners for arranging conference calls. Oversee the use of the Kronos Timekeeping System to ensure accurate tracking of hours worked. Utilize ADP - Financial Services to process financial transactions and reports. Use Cisco Webex Meetings for organizing and conducting virtual meetings. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Leverage Concur for managing and processing travel and expense reports. Utilize CRM systems for tracking customer interactions and data. Ensure efficient and effective communication within the team and with external partners. Perform other administrative tasks as necessary to support executive staff. Requirements Proficient skills in ADP - Financial Services Experience with Cisco Webex Meetings Proficiency in using Concur CRM management skills Proficiency in Kronos Timekeeping System Familiarity with About Time software Excellent calendar management skills Strong communication abilities Experience with organizing and managing conference calls Proficient in professional correspondence.
