Perform a site-wide upgrade of all laptops and desktops to Windows 11.
Upgrade critical broadcast computers as required under close supervision of the station's IT Engineer.
Work performed may include full re-imaging of OS or upgrade in place, depending on the system.
Schedule upgrades with staff members to ensure a steady flow of upgrades while minimizing user downtime.
Work closely with IT engineers to resolve any problems arising from system upgrades.
QualificationsRequired & Preferred:
Associate degree or better in Information Technology.
Experience with installing and provisioning PC operating systems and redeployment.
Good customer service skills are a must.
