Camping World is seeking a NC Call Center Supervisor for our growing team.The Call Center Supervisor coordinates and supervises activities of associates who provide support to customers via telephone, email and live chat features. This leadership role in the Call Center is vital and helps to ensure operations are running smoothly and efficiently.What You'll Do:
Manage a team of sales, customer service or product specialists towards achieving goals
Provide continual training on products, strategies and soft skills
Proven coaching, development and mentoring skills are essential. Strong decision-making abilities and excellent communication skills are required
Mentor and coach associates to be more effective and productive
Promote a positive morale for the team through open communication, contests, and working through issues in a positive manner
Work with management to improve strategies and procedures to benefit employees and customers
Working with customers as needed to provide professional and excellent customer service
Excellent people skills are imparative as you will interact with customers, direct reports, and different departments within the company
What You'll Need to Have for the Role:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or some college preferred
Leadership experience preferred
At least two years in a call center setting preferred
Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication and listening abilities required
Must have effective organizational skills
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn in-house computer programs essential
