They bring expertise in content production, career site management, graphic design and strong execution to communicate our EVP, employer brand and celebrate our employee stories, all to drive market differentiation and position Thermo Fisher Scientific as an employer of choice across multiple candidate channels.Responsibi lities

Content Production: Support the ongoing rollout of our content calendar with compelling and engaging visual content and multimedia materials, to successfully attract top talent

Graphic Design: Design visually appealing and on-brand graphics for use in campaigns, social media channels, and other recruitment materials. Develop multimedia assets, including infographics, videos, and interactive content, to improve the overall candidate experience and showcase the company's unique attributes. Ensure that all graphic designs adhere to brand guidelines and cohesive visual identity.

Career Site Management: Lead all aspects of the day-to-day content and strategy of the career site, ensuring an intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing experience. Regularly update and optimize content, including company information, and multimedia elements, to increase engagement and conversion rates. Monitor site analytics to track user behavior and engagement, providing insights for continuous improvement and ensuring the site remains a powerful recruitment tool.

Experience, Skills, Abilities

4+ years of outstanding employer brand, recruitment marketing, and talent marketing experience, or 5+ years of relevant marketing experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, UX, or a related field

Skilled in content creation for marketing channels, able to craft a storyline and draft images, graphics or video, that result in engaging, candidate-focused content

Professional experience in creative design and art direction, ensuring consistency of brand and visual identity across channels

Strong ability to cross-functionally partner

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and other design tools

Experience in web development production and design within content management systems with a strong understanding of UX
