Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri)Environmental ConditionsOfficeJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Account Based Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing account-based marketing strategies to drive engagement, generate leads, and support the commercial team in closing deals with high-value and strategic accounts.As an Account Based Marketing Specialist within our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts for revenue potential and help achieve business goals. Your key objective will be to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our services and thought leadership to drive business growth. In this role, you will have the autonomy to own all marketing campaigns and tactics to our customer base and partner closely with the commercial sales team.Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead marketing contact across regional territories, aligning marketing efforts with sales processes and goals.

Establish positive alignment between the marketing and sales teams by leading weekly team calls to report campaign performance, identify new leads and create actionable steps for outreach.

Lead creative concept and campaign development for LinkedIn, email, customized client deliverables and private events for focus accounts.

Demonstrate effective budget and campaign management overseeing $100k+ budgets.

Plan exclusive client networking events and manage vendor partnerships and contracting processes with speakers and venues.

Implement campaign optimizations via cross functional engagement and report quarterly metrics to internal stakeholders.

Enhance the personal brand of KOLs to position our team as industry thought leaders.

Leverage a forward-thinking mindset to develop highly personalized ABM marketing strategies for high-value opportunities in the pre-RFI, RFI and RFP stages.

Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities with focus accounts, addressing the client’s unique needs and concerns.

Utilize multiple platforms to piece together prospect data points to formulate messaging that aligns to interests.

Support the BDM sales stage through content creation and other types of commercial team collaboration.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing or B2B marketing, preferably in a life sciences-driven industry.

An understanding of account-based marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Proficient in using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing tools.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
