Load, unload, and move material within or near the plant yard or work site.
Read shop order, inventory tracking tickets, and/or receives oral instructions from a supervisor to move material, parts, boxes, drums, etc. between locations in the plant.
Constructs or sets up packaging containers.
Load and unload materials from tables, machines, etc.
Follows all pertinent safety regulations for self and others.
May be required to dispose of scrap in the containers provided and/or move scrap to its proper destination.
May be required to operate fork lift.
Be an active participant in maintaining a clean work environment.
May be required to train any new employee assigned to the area.
Perform other duties as directed by supervisors.
