This role is located in Greenville, SC and is supporting the Repair division of one of the top energy companies in Greenville, SC. An overview of the daily responsibilities is:Participate directly with the Component Engineer teamProvide technical direction to shop engineering teamFacilitate implementation and qualification of new repairsSupport repair projects that improve safety, quality, productivity, and cycleReview and approve shop repair plans and work instructionsProvide technical assistance for process and quality issue resolutionPerform special process audits to ensure compliance with company requirementsProvide timely communications on significant issues or developmentsParticipate on teams for problem solving, standardization, and best practice sharingParticipate in technical and program reviews as neededWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
