Private Family Practice office looking for certified Medical Assistants to join our growing Medical practice in the Greenville/ Simpsonville-Five Forks area. Must be versatile in Front Desk and Clinical duties. Previous medical office experience and knowledge of ECW EMR is a plus. Candidates seriously interested in building a practice and growing with us long term must apply!
Full-time position for bright, cheerful, energetic, friendly, goal oriented, self-motivated stable individuals to join our organization. Employee will be trained well and must be able to work without much direct supervision, have proficient computer skills, be able to check in/ check out patients/ schedule patients and pre certify referrals/ procedures/ scan and process medical records/ answer phones with professional etiquette, communicate via patient portal/ verify insurance and plan benefits/ be a team player, ready to step up to the ever changing pace in a primary care setting thus helping to maintain the steady flow of patients through the office. MA must be proficient in medical spelling, terminology and documentation, phlebotomy, administering injections, able to assist in procedures, perform EKG, in house lab tests, and the use of EMR. This position requires excellent patient and staff communication, multitasking skills and a positive attitude! Potential to expand your professional abilities and grow with us. Must be punctual and have flexible work hours.
