Job Summary

Duties
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and grooming.
Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
Observe and report any changes in clients' conditions or behaviors to appropriate staff.
Ensure the rights of clients are upheld and respected at all times.
Perform lifting as necessary to assist clients with mobility or other needs.
Maintain a clean and safe environment.
Strong understanding of client rights and patient observation techniques.
Ability to perform lifting safely and effectively.
Knowledge of meal preparation and dietary considerations for seniors or individuals with special needs.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, families, and staff.
