Responsibilities:
Must be able to lute and shovel asphalt to create a smooth surface at proper elevation
Must have experience operating steel drum or pneumatic rollers for asphalt compaction
Be able to work in a fast-paced team environment
Must be self-motivated to provide high-quality results
Full-time, Monday - Friday
Requirements:
At least one year of experience with asphalt paving
Good attitude, reliable, willingness to work and learn
Drug-free
Must be 18 years of age or older
Legally eligible to work in the US
Must be accountable for conduct and have excellent attendance
Capable of working at a sustained pace and producing quality work
