About the Position: Team Members are responsible for performing the daily operations of the car wash facility. Team Members are to ensure we are consistently delivering EXCELLENT Customer Service, Perfectly Clean Vehicles, and Cleanest / Most Attractive Site.
Primary responsibilities for this positions include leadership, support and new hire training for Car Wash Team Members, customer service, opening and closing of the facility, cash handling, entering and editing car wash club plans, services and payments into point of sale system and general maintenance of car wash systems.
Fast-paced, high volume, car care business is looking for a qualified applicant with excellent customer service skills who can maintain a professional attitude and image while performing various duties.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Car Wash Team Member must be courteous by smiling, greeting, and being available to address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner that is satisfactory to both the customer and the car wash
Always be ready to greet and assist customers with wash packages and show the value of our Club Plans.
Load cars into the wash area with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor.
Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to sending it into the wash.
Be proficient with all policies and procedures and able to perform them on a daily basis as needed. -
Assisting in regular schedule maintenance on all equipment to ensure it keep in proper working order.
