I am looking for a trim / framing carpenter. This person should be at least 50 years old, have a truck, a valid South Carolina driver's license, your own tools, live within 20 minutes of my office (Pendleton), capable of working alone, good physical and mental health. You must also be free from smoking, alcohol use, vaping, chewing, dipping, drugs, excessive cell phone use and pass a background check. This will be a good job for the right person.
