FULL TIME
PALLET BUILDER
Position Available:
Earn $15 per hour with overtime after 40 hours - Weekends Off!
Schedule is Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00 AM with 8-hour shifts
Role involves pallet building and repair in a warehouse setting
Forklift operation experience preferred
Must be skilled in using tools like nail guns, saws, hammers, and pneumatic tools for pallet repair
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Expected to work independently to meet production quotas safely
Includes tasks such as stacking pallets and ensuring load security
Work environment may involve exposure to elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
Physically demanding role requiring lifting up to 75 pounds, bending, and standing for entire shifts

12 months of relevant experience in pallet repair, construction, carpentry, or similar fields
Ability to operate air-driven, electric, pneumatic, and manual woodworking tools safely
Must be at least 20 years old
Observance of all safety rules and regulations is crucial
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Must be able to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions
Repetitive lifting up to 75 pounds is required
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory
Ability to work in various environmental conditions
