Summary: Responsible for maintaining and cleaning all outdoor areas on the property. Primary objectives are to keep the facility clean for quality control purposes and to maintain compliance with water quality requirements and other environmental-related permits. Collaborates with the Environmental Compliance Officer and Operations Manager on all hazardous cleanup and disposal.

Essential Functions:
Environmental Compliance -
Ensures that the facility stormwater system is kept adequately maintained.
Ensures dust and debris is kept to a minimum.
Ensures all spills and leaks are promptly cleaned up and properly disposed of.
Ensures all spill kits are in designated areas when not in use.
Grounds & Facilities Maintenance:
Regular maintenance to facility grounds, such as mowing, weeding, trimming, and maintaining assigned areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
Construct, repair and maintain swales, berms, discharge plumbing and ramps.
Provide a variety of general maintenance to the facility; Vacuum, blow, seep and wash roadways, parking lots, bulk yard, and other hardscapes to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
Safety:
Promote, execute, and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees to adopt safety as a culture.
Works in a safe, responsible manner to not intentionally or unintentionally injure oneself, or endanger the wellbeing of others.

Regular attendance and timeliness required.

Ability to learn and understand facility stormwater system, clean out procedures, and problem-solving techniques.
Proficient knowledge of all company product quality control standards and operating procedures.
