Qualifications
● Minimum 1 years experience in flooring installation or related field
● Knowledge of floor sanding, buffing, coating, staining, edging, install shoe molding at times and vacuuming of hardwood floors
● Ability to perform maintenance person tasks related to hardwood flooring installation
● Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise
during installation
● A strong work ethic
● The ability to work alone or within a team is a must
● Strong communication & customer service skills
● Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
● Stripping, buffing, staining, etc. of hardwood floors
● Trim and finish edges of flooring materials for a clean and professional look
● Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and client specifications
● Other cleaning duties as needed
