We manage over 100 rental properties in Walhalla, Seneca, and Central, SC and need a multi-skilled person who can service a furnace/heat pump and knows how to install electrical panels to do maintenance on the properties. The job description includes other things but those are the primary skills needed. Would prefer you to own a truck that can haul a trailer when necessary.
