Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various aspects of commercial roofing, and service and repair. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new builds to restoration and renovation, utilizing a wide range of hand and power tools. The Foreman will be responsible for executing detailed construction tasks with precision and professionalism, contributing to the successful completion of projects that meet quality standards and client expectations.
Duties
Perform service and repairs on EPDM, TPO, PVC and asphalt roof.
Conduct roofing tasks including shingling, flashing, and caulking to ensure weatherproofing.
Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for various construction activities.
Fabricate custom components using, metal fabrication techniques.
Handle heavy lifting and material movement safely across job sites.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols throughout all phases of construction.
Skills
Proven experience with commercial roofing
Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, and levels; familiarity with power tools including saws, grinders, and drills.
Extensive knowledge of construction site safety practices and OSHA regulations.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on demanding projects.
Experience with various roofing systems.
Skilled in fabrication techniques such as breaking metal drip edge and coping.
Strong understanding of OSHA Saftey regulations .
