IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR MATERIAL HANDLER / CARPENTER ASSISTANT
We have an immediate need for a reliable, dependable individual to assist in all aspects of Home Repair & Remodeling. Multiple projects are in progress in WESTMINSTER & SENECA area.
Experience in New Home construction, painting, drywall, roofing, siding & decks desired. Additional experience in landscaping, framing, HVAC are greatly desired and are only a few of the construction areas we perform.
We buy / sell / flip real estate and also perform remodels for individual customers.
Must have STRONG BACK! for moving materials. Ability to follow instructions and ask questions. Must be able to lift 75-100 pounds and adequately comfortable on a ladder.
If you have this experience with the work ethic and drive then we want you to start asap!
Starting pay $12.00, raise after 2 week. This is a 1099 position.
Must have dependable transportation. Huge upside potential for the right person with drive, initiative, and desire to learn, and / or improve, your construction skills.
