TM Landscape Solutions is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team. As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of residential and commercial properties. Duties include mowing, edging, trimming, planting, mulching, pruning, seasonal cleanups, and operating landscaping equipment safely. Candidates must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, follow company safety guidelines, and deliver excellent customer service. Prior landscaping experience is a plus but not required—we provide training for the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
Perform lawn maintenance, planting, mulching, and general landscape care
Operate and maintain tools and equipment
Assist with landscape installations and irrigation adjustments
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Qualifications:
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Team player with good communication skills
Landscaping experience preferred, but training is available
