Landscaping Team Lead

continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Landscape Forman. The successful candidate

Qualifications
The Team Lead is responsible for managing teams that perform commercial and residential
landscape maintenance services. The main focus of this role is to manage safety, quality, and
e ciency, and to provide leadership to their assigned crew.
Minimum 2 years of landscaping experience
Must demonstrate dependability and commitment to the required hours for job completion
Must be able to pass a background check
Must have a valid Driver’s License and 3 years clean driving record
Responsibilities
Manage and lead labor team and maintain company goals.
Review equipment needs and maintenance schedules with Operations Manager
Organize, prioritize, and lead team within established guidelines and timeframe
Monitor the accuracy of the information provided for time tracking
Supervise and train teams on all aspects of landscape maintenance services
Conduct a property inspection of each job as directed by Operations Manager
