Local Company is looking to fill a full-time or part-time 2nd shift yard/shop position. M-F 3:00pm-10:30pm Some Saturdays may be required but not often.
Duties: (short list of duties)
Assist in unloading equipment and debris from trucks as crews arrive back to the shop.
Drive trucks and trailers to fuel station and fill them up.
Fill all gas cans for each crew.
Fix small items on equipment as you see them. (i.e. plugging tires, topping off fluids etc.)
Clean and organize shop each evening
Sharpen Mower Blades
Requirements:
Pass both a criminal background check and drug testing
Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout your shift
Valid SC Drivers License with no incidents in the past 3 years
Knowledge and experience driving Truck-Trailer Combo. (Our trailers are between 16-20’ long)
Additional Experience/Skill Preferred:
Experience with commercial mower operation
Experience with excavator and skid-steer operation
Mechanical knowledge
Pay will be based on applicant’s ability to perform all duties or partial. Expected range is $13-$15 per hour.
