As a seasonal Landscape Maintenance Crew Member for Precision Landscape you will play a vital role in helping us meet the demands of our customers and ensuring a successful season from mid-March to mid-September. While this position is seasonal, it is our goal to provide high-performing seasonal employees who align with our company culture an opportunity to move into a permanent Full-Time position. Typical Day
You can expect to work Monday- Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm
-Assist in the loading of vehicles and preparation for the job site.
-Represent the company well on-site through good communication with fellow team members or clients, clean work sites, and clean equipment.
-Follow the process for maintaining each property.
-Return to the shop once the route is complete.
-Clean out trucks each afternoon for efficient job flow.
Requirements
(You may apply if you do not meet every qualification)
-1+ years of lawn maintenance experience preferred.
-Ability to operate lawn mowers, string trimmer, backpack blower, and specialized equipment.
-Willing to expand horticultural knowledge.
-Ability to develop a general working knowledge of the job flow and processes for completing tasks.
-Ability to learn and safely use the equipment on the job site.
-Ability to remain professional in difficult circumstances.
-Ability to work in a physically demanding role that may include prolonged periods of standing and lifting over 50 pounds.
