Painting Subcontractors needed. Competitive & fair pay offered. You will need to meet the following requirements: Be willing to sign a contract stating that projects worked on for company, your own services will not be offered directly to the client on those locations while on site, you will need to have your own equipment, at least 5 years experience painting, and fluency in Spanish and English is a plus. You will need a work van or truck; cars and mopeds are not acceptable(looking for a sub-contractor, not a painter without a car). If you have your own lettering/logos on your vans or trucks, it will need to be removed or covered up while on our job sites. Our company will not be a rental center for equipment that you don't possess or not willing to save up and buy. Occasional equipment loans will be given consideration, but are not guaranteed. We are looking for someone that can dedicate no less than 2 experienced workman dedicated to projects at all times. Work will be done to our specifications, or relationship will be quickly terminated. Pay will be remitted within 1-5 days after job completion. Contractors, and all people involved on job-site will need to be able to pass a background check and drug tests(hard drugs/pills). No theft of tools/paints/owner's belongings will be tolerated or overlooked. You will need no less than 3 references. Our main focus is re-paints, light commercial (1-3 week projects), & painting newly renovated homes. You will need to be able accept a 1099 for payment. Pay is highly competitive for the right candidates, and ongoing negotiating/re-negotiating, exaggerating about the difficulty of the project/amount of time necessary to complete projects will not be tolerated or given consideration. Owner has 17 years of hands-on experience in the industry, and doesn't have time for the many inexperienced and immature floaters & time-wasters. This could be a phenomenal opportunity for growth for the right people. This would be a great fit for someone that has bills to pay, wants to make a good living, but is willing to put in the time and effort to make this happen like a professional. Someone who takes pride and enjoys what they do, likes to work, doesn't mind long hours when necessary, and isn't accustomed to make excuses for laziness and sloppy workmanship.
