Warehouse - Material HandlerVolt is a global leader in the staffing industry.Description:A local leading organization is currently seeking experienced Material Handlers in Greenville, SC for a long-term temporary opportunity. Assembly positions require candidates to work with small hand tools and assemble small parts as well as label and package products. If you meet the qualifications listed below â Apply Now!Responsibilities for assembler roles include but are not limited to: Unload, move and store a variety of materials, parts and productsUtilize power and manual lifts as well as transfer equipmentOperate hand held scannersLift and move boxes, read labels, and process incoming and outgoing orders.Assist with broad range of warehouse tasks, utilizing forklifts, pallet movers, drum dollies and carts.Assist with loading and unloading trucks.Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:Must have experience working with forklift, pallet movers, drum dollies and cartsPrior order processing, chemical handling or warehouse experience beneficial but not requiredMust be able to stand for long periods of time and consistently lift 40-50 poundsAt least one year of prior relevant experience is preferred but not requiredCandidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirementsMust be fluent in reading and writing EnglishWe have openings for first shift Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM- 6:00 PMPay for this position is $12.00/hr.
