Condustrial, Inc. (Upstate) is URGENTLY hiring Traffic Control Flaggers in Greenville, SC. Primary responsibilities include directing traffic through construction work zones and setting up signs, cones, etc. around work areas to divert traffic.

Expected hours: 40-60 per week
Hourly Pay: $16.20 per hour
OT Pay (over 40 hours): $24.30 per hour
Weekly Pay
Responsibilities:
-Direct traffic to ensure the safety of pedestrians and workers in construction zones
-Set up and maintain traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barricades
-Communicate with construction crew and drivers to coordinate traffic flow
-Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks and accidents
-Monitor and report any issues or concerns related to traffic flow or safety
Minimum Skills and Qualifications:
-Physical stamina to stand on feet for long periods of time
-Able to work outdoors and withstand various weather conditions
-Willing and flexible to work overtime and/or weekend shifts as needed
-Ability to effectively communicate and give clear directions to drivers and pedestrians.
-Strong attention to detail to ensure the accurate placement of traffic control devices.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
-Ability to remain drug-free at all times
Physical Demands & Work Conditions:
Must have the ability to stand/walk; reach with hands and arms; occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds, for up to 14 hours a day. Must be comfortable working in outside weather conditions; around moving equipment and machinery parts; moving traffic, and fumes and airborne particles.
